Platform Policy

By using the Monafis platform, all users agree to the following policies governing developer participation, client conduct, refunds, and certificates.

1. Developer Participation Policy

By registering on the platform, developers agree to submit original work only, respect all competition deadlines, maintain professional communication with clients and the platform team, and avoid plagiarism, copied templates, or stolen work. Developers accept that submission does not guarantee project selection and must follow ethical standards and fair competition practices. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or permanent removal from future competitions.

2. Client Participation Policy

Clients agree to provide clear and honest project requirements, respond within the specified selection period, respect developer efforts and submitted work, avoid requesting free extra work outside competition scope, and complete agreed payments on time. Failure to comply may result in project cancellation, loss of platform access, or restrictions from future participation.

3. Refund Policy

Developer registration fees are non-refundable after a competition starts; refunds are issued only if the competition is canceled by the platform. Client initial deposits are refundable only before the competition officially begins. Once developers start working, deposits become non-refundable unless a platform fault occurs.

4. Certificate Policy

Certificates of Completion are provided only for eligible participants under Pro access or approved competition plans. Certificates are issued after successful submission, deadline compliance, and adherence to platform rules. Certificates may be revoked in cases of fraud or plagiarism.
