By using the Monafis platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or participating in any challenges.

1. Platform Overview

Monafis is a competition-based platform where developers compete to build the best solutions for posted challenges. The platform facilitates the connection between challenge owners (clients) and developers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile. You agree not to create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

3. Payment Terms

Challenge entry fees are non-refundable once your payment has been confirmed by an administrator. Entry fees vary based on slot type (early bird, discounted, or full price). All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through the available payment methods (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash).

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any code, designs, or materials you submit as part of a challenge. By submitting a solution, you grant the challenge owner a license to review and evaluate your work during the judging process. Winners may be required to transfer or license their work as specified in the challenge terms.

5. Platform Role

Monafis acts as an intermediary platform. We facilitate challenges, manage entry fees through escrow, and oversee the judging process. We are not responsible for disputes between developers and challenge owners beyond providing our dispute resolution process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Monafis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of entry fees you have paid.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
