By using the platform, all users agree to these Terms & Conditions and all platform policies. Please read them carefully before creating an account or participating in any challenges.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Monafis platform, all users — developers and clients — confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all related platform policies. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Payment Terms

Clients pay 50% upfront before the competition starts; the remaining payment is due after final project selection and before full project handover. Developers may pay registration fees depending on the selected plan (Free or Pro). Failure to complete payments may result in account restrictions.

3. Intellectual Property

Before final payment, submitted concepts remain protected by the developer. After final payment, full ownership of the selected project transfers to the client. Non-selected submissions remain the property of their respective developers.

4. Platform Role

The platform acts as a project facilitator, competition organizer, and connection bridge between developers and clients. The platform is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, client misuse of services, or external disputes outside the agreed scope.

5. Right to Disqualify

The platform reserves the right to disqualify any participant for cheating, plagiarism, fake submissions, inappropriate behavior, payment fraud, or violation of platform ethics. All platform decisions are final and binding.
