Competition Rules
Last updated: April 2026
These rules govern all competitions on the Monafis platform. By joining a challenge, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. Competition Format
Each client project follows this process: the client submits project requirements, developers register for participation, selected developers enter the challenge, developers submit concepts or UI prototypes, the client reviews submissions, selects the winning developer, and the winner proceeds to full project execution.
2. Submission Rules
Developers must submit before the deadline, submit only original work, follow the project brief exactly, and maintain quality standards. Late submissions are automatically rejected. Copied or AI-generated low-quality spam submissions are prohibited.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Projects are evaluated based on creativity, business relevance, design quality, usability, understanding of client requirements, presentation quality, and innovation. Client satisfaction remains the primary decision factor.
4. Winner Selection
The client has the final right to choose one main winner and optional backup candidates if required. The platform may intervene only in cases of rule violations or unfair practices.
5. Certificates and Portfolio Rights
Eligible developers may receive a Certificate of Completion, public portfolio listing, LinkedIn branding support, and project showcase opportunities. Only approved and rule-compliant submissions qualify.
6. Fair Competition Policy
To maintain fairness: no direct private negotiation is allowed during active competition, no copying between participants, no external team submissions unless approved, and no manipulation of the judging process. Violations result in immediate disqualification.
7. Final Authority
The platform management holds final authority regarding disputes, eligibility, refunds, winner validation, and policy interpretation. All final decisions are binding on all participants.
